Your Six Sigma training regiments should then be deployed through your organization, providing each of your stakeholders with the specific depth of training appropriate for their participation and contribution towards gaining your desired business results.


 An overall Six Sigma Deployment Plan

1. Gain an understanding of your Organizations opportunity for achievement of your Desired Competitive Business Advantage with Six Sigma Deployment Methodology.

2. Train your Management and Champion’s to work with your Executive Management Team towards building your organizations Strategic Plans, and Coaching your Six Sigma Project Managers in achievement of breakthrough performance improvements of your processes.

3. Linkage and Alignment of all stakeholders and all projects to your Organization’s Strategic Plans.

4. Selecting and prioritizing of all Six Sigma Projects meeting requirements as set forth by your Executive Management Team.

5. Selection and Training of your Management Champions, your Black Belt Project Managers, your Green Belt Project Managers, your Green Belt Team Members, and providing "Awareness Training" for all other stakeholders in your organization.

As a separate effort, we can coach and work with the Executive Management Team to develop a Strategic Plan if one does not exist.

"Awareness" training is for your entire organization not currently involved with an active Six Sigma role. It is our belief that Awareness training is best performed by the leadership of your organization.

We provide Awareness training materials for a half day session, at no charge to you when you purchase one of our related Six Sigma training programs. Awareness training materials can be used as many times as necessary to cover needs within your organization.

If you desire Six Sigma Doctor's participation in your Awareness training delivery process, we would be most happy to serve your needs through mutually beneficial agreements.

Class Room Training

It is our experience that training classes are best if participant numbers are held to a low of 6 and high 25 per session.

We prefer to use actual situations and/or data from your organization as part of the training when possible. Realizing that there may be confidential information, we offer our standard confidentiality agreement as a part of our mutually beneficial partnership.

Each participant in training receives a CD-ROM with all class presentation materials (locked). Additional forms, outlines, quizzes, and documents are also provided on the CD-ROM and are unlocked for full and complete participant use as desired.

We would be most happy to work with you towards scheduling mutually agreeable times to conduct your training, or offer how best to develop a customized sequence to Six Sigma Training Certification based on your specific needs.

Payments Received

When payments have been received and clear the banking process, we will notify you when to expect your valuable training purchase(s) if they are to be shipped or transferred electronically.

Required shipping of your training materials will be via businesses that support automatic electronic tracking services such as U S Postal Service, Fed Ex, or UPS. We will confirm your shipping information when your products are shipped.
