  CD-ROM Blended Learning

Our newest and coolest tool! This format offers the participant virtual interactivity with the training process. Elect or blend your individual learning style whether visual, voice, text or all three.

Slides are narrated and animitated. Control buttons allow participants to pause both the narration and automatic slide advancement. You can select detailed notes for study and then resume the presentation.

We include a "bookmark", which gives you the choice to return where you left off, or to restart the module. Each module also includes an interactive quiz that provides you with the correct answer if you elect the incorrect answer. Also included is a "search" to locate information within each module.

Each module contains at least one interactive quiz to enhance the participants learning and retention. Quiz levels can be set from 80% to 100%. The response time can be set very low or raised to provide much more time for the participant to answer questions. The quiz can also be set to force the participant to get the correct answers before being allowed to proceed or set as "open" allowing them to continue their training.

Quiz styles include "Choices, True/False, Word Quiz, and Sequences". Correct answers are highlighted when the participant selects the wrong answer. Visible scores and time is kept for the participants information.

Also included is a "search" feature within each module. Should the participant leave the training module for any reason, upon return the "Bookmark" feature provides the option to pick up where you left off or return to the beginning of the module.
