Six Sigma Green Belt Team Members are selected to serve on the project execution teams based on their subject matter expertise and how project results may impact them or their work environment in the future.

Green Belt team members serve under the direction and guidance of the Green or Black Belt Project Manager. They assist the Project Manager with completing the detailed Project Execution phases of DMAIC.

Green Belt duties gathering information and data, analyzing data, and otherwise assisting the needs of the project managers in implementation of process performance improvement executions.
